White Water/Typhoon Lagoon

White Water started out as just a waterslide park. The park featured 5 adult waterslides of various lengths, and 2 kiddie slides. There were also 2 giant hot tubs, a snack bar, restaurant, gift shop and change rooms. The wave pool was added in the front parking lot during the late 1980's and the name was changed to Typhoon Lagoon. The park continued to thrive until the late 1990's. Real estate on Lundy's Lane was beginning to rise in value, and after 2 suspicious fires, destroyed first the restaurant, and then the ticket booth, the park closed. The slides were dismantled, and the water park is now home to the Outlet Mall.

This was a souvenir tile which could be purchased at the White Water gift shop. We have a very limited number of these tiles available for sale.
